All sales are final. Due to the nature of certain products we do not offer refunds on lashes just exchanges, except in the case with receipt of damaged products( I.e. lash applicators, long wear 2-1 Liner glue). If you have received a damaged item, please immediately send us a picture of your shipment box as well as the items that arrived damaged. Send info to
